Swiggy Genie Offer for Diwali New users
Bundl Technologies Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Swiggy”, “We”, “Our”, “Us”) is introducing a Campaign (“Campaign”) during the period of 10th December, 2020 to 16th December, 2020, wherein the User (hereinafter referred to as “You”, “Your” or “Customer”) who placed his first Swiggy Genie order between 12th to 16th November, 2020 gets an opportunity to participate in Swiggy’s “Swiggy Genie Offer for Diwali New users ” wherein the User who places his next Genie order during the period of 10th December, 2020 to 16th December, 2020 wins a Swiggy Food coupon of 50% off upto Rs. 100 on the next food order on Swiggy app as described below, subject to the terms of this Policy mentioned below (“Policy”).
This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Rules thereunder as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to terminate, amend or extend, modify, add or remove portions of this Policy or Campaign, at any time without any prior written notice to You.
By participating in this Campaign, all participant User(s) agree to be bound by this Policy, the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and other relevant documentation that are available on www.swiggy.com including any modifications, alterations or updates that we make.
To participate in the Campaign, You need to fulfil the following criteria:
you need to be a Swiggy User
you have placed your first successful Swiggy Genie order in the period : 12th November 2020 to 16th November 2020
You placed your second successful order on Swiggy Genie in the period : 10th December 2020 to 16th December, 2020
A successful order is a paid order which is delivered successfully. Cancelled orders will not be considered.
you have to be competent to contract as mandated by the Indian Contract Act, 1872;
you shall be in whole compliance of and adhere to all laws and regulations; and
you should have never been convicted of any crime under the Indian Penal Code, 1860.
Swiggy reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant User that tampers or attempts to tamper with the Campaign or violates the Policy.
How to participate in the Campaign:
Step 1: Login to your Swiggy account
Step 2: Open “Genie” tab on the homepage
Step 3: Place your next successful order on Genie from 10th December, 2020 to 16th December, 2020.
The details of the Campaign are as follows:

Valid on all modes of payment
Campaign Date: 10th December 2020 to 16th December, 2020
Campaign will be available full day on the above-mentioned date.
Campaign details: Swiggy’s “Swiggy Genie offer for Diwali new users” is a campaign offering the following:
‘Genie users who placed their first order between 12th November, 2020 to 16th November, 2020 can win Swiggy food voucher of 50% off upto Rs. 100 if they place their next Genie order between 10th December, 2020 to 16th December, 2020 This Campaign shall be valid from 10th December, 2020 from 12 midnight to 16th December, 2020 11:59 pm.
One User can win only once.
Announcement: The winners of the campaign will receive the coupon details on their Swiggy registered e-mail id on or before 25th December, 2020.
The coupon will also be tagged to their Swiggy account and they can see the coupon in the “Apply Coupon” page in the app.
The coupon will be only valid for 15 days after it is tagged to the User’s Swiggy account. Notwithstanding anything contained herein, it shall be the sole responsibility of the participant Users to check their e-mail inbox for the voucher details sent by Swiggy and the “Apply coupon” section in the app.
Here are the other details related to the coupon:
The coupon gives 50% off to the user on their next food order on the Swiggy app.
The maximum discount on the coupon is Rs. 100
There is no minimum order value.
The coupon will be valid on all payment modes
The coupon will be valid for only 15 days after tagging it to the user’s Swiggy account.
We do not collect any participation fees for the Campaign.
Participation in the Campaign is entirely voluntary.
Products on our Platform are available to You even if you do not participate in the Campaign.
In the event of any queries relating to the Campaign, you may reach out to us through the ‘Contact Us’ section on the Swiggy application and website.
All rights with respect to selection of the winner shall vest with us and shall be done as per the procedure adopted in our sole discretion. Our decision in this regard will be final.
The participant User shall not damage or misuse of intellectual property rights belonging to Us or any third party. All trademarks, trade names, logos, slogans, symbols etc being displayed on page are the exclusive property of Swiggy and cannot be copied or used by any third party for any purpose whatsoever and any unauthorized usage would amount to an “unlawful act” under the applicable law.
There is no cash alternative to the prize / benefits hereunder. Further, such benefits do not give any additional guarantee or warranty and are non- transferable.
Swiggy shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability arising due to participation by any person in the Campaign.
You hereby agree to indemnify and keep Swiggy harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney’s fee) that may be suffered by Swiggy as a consequence of (i) violation of terms of this Policy by You; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting due to wilful misconduct or negligence on Your part.
This Policy shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. Courts at Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise under this Policy.
