Bundl Technologies Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Swiggy”, “We”, “Our”, “Us”) is introducing a Campaign (“Campaign”) during the period of 22nd September 2020 to 20th October 2020, wherein the User (hereinafter referred to as “You”, “Your” or “Customer”) gets an opportunity to participate in Swiggy’s “Genie Cricket Campaign – The Souled Store voucher” wherein all the Users who place their Genie orders on the Swiggy app in the campaign period stand a chance to win The Souled Store voucher worth Rs. 1000 as described below, subject to the terms of this Policy mentioned below (“Policy”).
This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Rules thereunder as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to terminate, amend or extend, modify, add, or remove portions of this Policy or Campaign, at any time without any prior written notice to You.
By participating in this Campaign, all participant User(s) agree to be bound by this Policy, the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and other relevant documentation that are available on www.swiggy.com including any modifications, alterations or updates that we make.
To participate in the Campaign, You need to fulfil the following criteria:
you need to be a Swiggy User
you have placed a successful order on Genie on the Swiggy app between 22nd September 2020 to 20th October 2020.
your Genie order was completed and not cancelled.
you must be competent to contract as mandated by the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
you shall be in whole compliance of and adhere to all laws and regulations; and
you should have never been convicted of any crime under the Indian Penal Code, 1860.
Swiggy reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant User that tampers or attempts to tamper with the Campaign or violates the Policy. Further, (i) the employees of Swiggy and their family members; and (ii) the pick-up and delivery partners and their family members, are not eligible to participate in the Campaign.
How to participate in the Campaign:
Step 1: Login to your Swiggy account
Step 2: Open “Genie” tab on the homepage
Step 3: Place your order on Genie.
The details of the Campaign are as follows:
Platform: Swiggy
Valid on all modes of payment
Campaign Date: 22nd September 2020 to 20th October 2020.
Campaign will be available full day on the above-mentioned date.
Campaign details: Swiggy’s “Genie Cricket Campaign- The Souled Store voucher” is a lucky draw campaign offering the following:
‘User stands a chance to win The Souled Store voucher worth Rs. 1000/-.’ This Campaign shall be valid from 22nd September 2020 from 12 midnight to 20th October 2020, 11:59 pm. For this, participant User(s) needs to place a successful order on Swiggy Genie. On placing a successful order , the User become eligible to be one of the lucky winner to win the The Souled Store voucher worth Rs. 1000.
One User can win only once.
Announcement: The lucky Participants of the campaign will get the Souled Store voucher worth Rs. 1000/- through an e-mail from Swiggy on their registered E-mail id. The User will get the Voucher within 30 days of him placing an order on Swiggy Genie if he/she is one of the lucky winner of the voucher. Notwithstanding anything contained herein, it shall be the sole responsibility of the participant Users to check the mailbox for the results/updates sent by Swiggy.
Swiggy does not make any representation or warranties regarding the Souled Store voucher, The Souled Store services, products offered on The Souled Store and disclaims all liabilities in this regard.
This Campaign is valid in all cities where Swiggy Genie is operational except Tamil Nadu. The Campaign is applicable only for Swiggy Users.
The terms and conditions of the Souled Store voucher, including but not limited to usage, transfer, redemption, validity, expiry, grievances shall be as per the applicable terms and conditions contained in the Souled Store website.
The voucher will only be redeemable on the thesouledstore.com website or theSouledStore mobile app.
Any issues, grievances, concerns relating to the Souled Store voucher shall be addressed directly to The Souled Store.
The participant Users understand that We do not make any assurances as to the probability of winning the Souled Store voucher in the Campaign. By placing an order on Swiggy Genie, the Users stand a chance to win the Souled Store voucher, based on draw of lots.
We do not collect any participation fees for the Campaign.
Participation in the Campaign is entirely voluntary.
Products on our Platform are available to You even if you do not participate in the Campaign.

Disclaimer: All rights in the names, images contained in the marketing/promotional material are reserved with the respective intellectual property right owners. Swiggy claims no ownership over the word “The Souled Store” related words and related images.
All rights with respect to selection of the winner shall vest with us and shall be done as per the procedure adopted in our sole discretion. Our decision in this regard will be final.
The Campaign is applicable only for Swiggy Users.
The participant User shall not damage or misuse of intellectual property rights belonging to Us or any third party. All trademarks, trade names, logos, slogans, symbols etc being displayed on page are the exclusive property of Swiggy and cannot be copied or used by any third party for any purpose whatsoever and any unauthorized usage would amount to an “unlawful act” under the applicable law.
There is no cash alternative to the prize / benefits hereunder. Further, such benefits do not give any additional guarantee or warranty and are non- transferable.
Swiggy shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability arising due to participation by any person in the Campaign.
You hereby agree to indemnify and keep Swiggy harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney’s fee) that may be suffered by Swiggy as a consequence of (i) violation of terms of this Policy by You; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting due to wilful misconduct or negligence on Your part.This Policy shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. Courts at Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise under this Policy.
