Genie Donation campaign in association with Goonj (4th November 2020 – 12th November 2020)

Bundl Technologies Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Swiggy”, “We”, “Our”, “Us”) is introducing a Campaign (“Campaign”) during the period of 4^th November 2020 to 12^th November 2020, wherein the User (hereinafter referred to as “You”, “Your” or “Customer”) gets an opportunity to participate in Swiggy’s “Genie Donation campaign in association with Goonj” wherein all the Users who place their donation orders on Genie on the Swiggy app by donating used/unused articles to the Goonj NGO in the campaign period win Swiggy money worth Rs. 50/-

This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Rules thereunder as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to terminate, amend or extend, modify, add, or remove portions of this Policy or Campaign, at any time without any prior written notice to You.
By participating in this Campaign, all participant User(s) agree to be bound by this Policy, the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and other relevant documentation that are available on www.swiggy.com including any modifications, alterations or updates that we make.
To participate in the Campaign, You need to fulfil the following criteria:
1. you need to be a Swiggy User
2. you have placed a successful donated to Goonj NGO using Genie on the Swiggy app between 4^th November 2020 to 12^th November 2020.
3. your Genie order was completed and not cancelled.
4. you must be competent to contract as mandated by the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
5. you shall be in whole compliance of and adhere to all laws and regulations; and
6. you should have never been convicted of any crime under the Indian Penal Code, 1860.
Swiggy reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant User that tampers or attempts to tamper with the Campaign or violates the Policy. Further, (i) the employees of Swiggy and their family members; and (ii) the pick-up and delivery partners and their family members, are not eligible to participate in the Campaign.
How to participate in the Campaign:
1. Step 1: Login to your Swiggy account
2. Step 2: Open “Genie” tab on the homepage
3. Step 3: Use Genie to drop off articles you wish to donate to Goonj drop off centres in different cities.
The details of the Campaign are as follows:
1. Platform: Swiggy
2. Valid on all modes of payment
3. Campaign Date: 4^th November 2020 to 12^th November 2020.
Campaign will be available full day on the above-mentioned date.
Campaign details: Swiggy’s “Genie Donation campaign in association with Goonj” is a campaign offering the following:
1. ‘Users win Swiggy Money worth Rs. 50/- on their donation order on Swiggy Genie. This Campaign shall be valid from 5^th November 2020 to 12^th November 2020. All Users who will place their successful donation order on Swiggy Genie will be chosen during the campaign for the Swiggy money giveaway. For this, participant User(s) needs to place a successful order on Swiggy Genie.
Announcement:
1. The Participants of the campaign will get the Swiggy money worth Rs. 50/- in their Swiggy account on the Swiggt app and will also get a notification for the same through e-mail from Swiggy on their registered E-mail id and an SMS. The Swiggy Money will be added to the User’s Swiggy account within 8 working days of him/her placing the order on Swiggy Genie. Notwithstanding anything contained herein, it shall be the sole responsibility of the participant Users to check the mailbox for the results/updates sent by Swiggy.
2. By participating in this campaign, you give your consent to create Swiggy Money account.
3. One time verification is required to access your Swiggy Money winnings. You can verify your identify by entering details of a government ID like Driving license, Pan, Adhaar, etc. No document upload required.
4. Please note that Swiggy can share your Genie donation order details with Goonj for order verification purposes.
Swiggy does not make any representation or warranties regarding the Goonj NGO. Swiggy disclaims all liabilities in this regard. Swiggy is a delivery partner who is helping users donated used/unused articles to Goonj NGO.
This Campaign is valid in following cities only :
1. Delhi
2. Mumbai
3. Hyderabad
4. Chennai
5. Kolkata
6. Kochi
7. Bangalore
The Campaign is applicable only for Swiggy Users.
The terms and conditions of the Goonj NGO, including but not limited to confirmation of donations made, grievances, addresses etc. shall be as per the applicable terms and conditions contained in the Goonj website.
Any issues, grievances, concerns relating to the Goonj shall be addressed directly to Goonj.
Any issues, grievances, concerns relating to Swiggy Money shall be addressed directly to Swiggy.
We do not collect any participation fees for the Campaign.
Participation in the Campaign is entirely voluntary.
Products on our Platform are available to You even if you do not participate in the Campaign.
In the event of any queries relating to the Campaign, you may reach out to us through the ‘Contact Us’ section on the Swiggy application and website.
Disclaimer: All rights in the names, images contained in the marketing/promotional material are reserved with the respective intellectual property right owners. Swiggy claims no ownership over the word “The Souled Store” related words and related images.
All rights with respect to selection of the winner shall vest with us and shall be done as per the procedure adopted in our sole discretion. Our decision in this regard will be final.
The Campaign is applicable only for Swiggy Users.
The participant User shall not damage or misuse of intellectual property rights belonging to Us or any third party. All trademarks, trade names, logos, slogans, symbols etc being displayed on page are the exclusive property of Swiggy and cannot be copied or used by any third party for any purpose whatsoever and any unauthorized usage would amount to an “unlawful act” under the applicable law.
There is no cash alternative to the prize / benefits hereunder. Further, such benefits do not give any additional guarantee or warranty and are non- transferable.
Swiggy shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability arising due to participation by any person in the Campaign.
You hereby agree to indemnify and keep Swiggy harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney’s fee) that may be suffered by Swiggy as a consequence of (i) violation of terms of this Policy by You; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting due to wilful misconduct or negligence on Your part.This Policy shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. Courts at Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise under this Policy.
