Swiggy Perks Terms & Conditions

Bundl Technologies Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Swiggy”, “We”, “Our”, “Us”) is introducing a campaign (“Campaign”) from 19^th September, 2020 to 25^th September, 2020, wherein the User (hereinafter referred to as “You”, “Your” or “Customer”) gets an opportunity to win few assured offers and lucky draw prizes as described below, subject to the terms and conditions mentioned below (“T&Cs”). 

1. This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Rules thereunder as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

2. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to terminate, amend or extend, modify, add or remove portions of these T&Cs or Campaign, at any time without any prior written notice to You. 

3. By participating in this Campaign, all participant User(s) agree to be bound by these T&Cs, the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and other relevant documentation that are available on www.swiggy.com including any modifications, alterations or updates that we make. 

4. To participate in the Campaign, You need to fulfil the following criteria: 

• you need to be a Swiggy User;
• you have to enter the Campaign code “PUMA”
• you have to play the predict & win game available in the Match Day Mania on the Platform;
• you shall be in whole compliance of and adhere to all laws and regulations; and
• you should have never been convicted of any crime under the Indian Penal Code, 1860.  

5. Swiggy reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant User that tampers or attempts to tamper with the Campaign or violates the T&Cs. Further, (i) the employees of Swiggy and their family members; and (ii) the pick-up and delivery partners and their family members, are not eligible to participate in the Campaign.

6. The details of the Campaign are as follows: 

• Platform: Swiggy;
• Offer Partner: PUMA
• Under this Campaign, eligible Users who place an order on the Platform during the Campaign duration, will receive a coupon code of flat Rs.1000 off to be redeemed on PUMA Shoes *collection (Online & Offline). 7 lucky winners will get PUMA Cricket Shoe worth Rs.9999/-
• Minimum order value: Rs. 99/-;
• Campaign duration:  19th September, 2020 to 25th September, 2020;
• Campaign will be available till 25^th September, 2020 23:59 PM;
• Offer will be valid on all modes of payments;
• Unique coupon code of the offer will be sent to Users within 48 hours via e-mail on their registered email addresses;
• Lucky winners will be chosen through a raffle (draw of lots) for the giveaways i.e. 7 lucky winners who will get PUMA Cricket Shoe worth Rs.9999. Announcement of these winners will be made on 12^th  November, 2020;

8. PUMA Terms & Conditions:

• Coupon entitles the User to avail Flat Rs.1000 off on Puma shoe *collection;
• Coupon codes can be redeemed at any ‘full price’ PUMA stores (offline) or avail the offer online at Puma online store link : https://go.puma.com/Swiggy;
• Coupon cannot be redeemed in ‘Factory Outlets’, ‘Multi Brand Outlets’ or on entire online shoe catalog available on PUMA website;
• Coupon cannot be used to purchase apparel, accessories or open footwear;
• The validity of the unique coupon code will be till 30th November, 2020;
• Coupon code is redeemable only at the MRP value of the products purchased;
• Coupon Code cannot be combined with any other on-going offer in PUMA stores or online website;
• Multiple coupons cannot be combined in a single transaction;
• PUMA loyalty points cannot be used in the offer transaction;

9. Redemption process in Offline PUMA Stores:

• Users can redeem the unique coupon code received to purchase PUMA products in the list of ‘Full Price’ offline stores;
• List of offline PUMA ‘Full Price’ stores can be found using the link: https://in.puma.com/in/en/PumaStoreList.html;
• Choose any PUMA shoe available in the store;
• Show coupon code to the cashier while billing;
• Pay the bill amount and walk out with the product.

10. Redemption process in Online PUMA website:

• Users can redeem the unique coupon code received to purchase PUMA products on their online store. Store link – https://go.puma.com/Swiggy;
• Choose PUMA shoe listed in the webpage;
• Apply the coupon code during checkout in the section ‘Apply coupon code’;
• Pay the bill amount and get/collect the product delivered

11. If we are unable to reach you on the contact details as shared by you, for a period of 15 days from when the winners are announced on the blog, the prizes will be deemed to be unclaimed and Swiggy reserves the right to distribute the prize to other eligible Users based on lucky draw. 

12. By participating in this Campaign, you consent to share your name (and masked phone number) on the blog, if you are chosen as a winner. 

13. The winners will be required to provide a valid identification and address proof to collect the prize. 
14. The prize will be distributed within 30 days of receipt of required documents from the winners. 

15. The participant Users understand that We do not make any assurances as to the probability of winning in the Campaign. By participating in the Campaign, the Users stand a chance to win the Mega and Bumper prizes, based on draw of lots. 
16. We do not collect any participation fees for the Campaign. 
17. Participation in the Campaign is entirely voluntary.
18. Products on our Platform are available to You even if you do not participate in the Campaign. 
19. In the event of any queries relating to the Campaign, you may reach out to us through the ‘Contact Us’ section on the Swiggy application and website.
20. Disclaimer: All rights in the names, images contained in the marketing/promotional material are reserved with the respective intellectual property right owners. Swiggy claims no ownership over the word “Apple iPhone” related words and related images.
21. All rights with respect to selection of the winner shall vest with us and shall be done as per the procedure adopted in our sole discretion. Our decision in this regard will be final.
22. This lucky draw prize i.e. PUMA shoes worth Rs. 9999 will be valid in all cities and states except Tamil Nadu. The Campaign is applicable only for Swiggy Users. 
23. The participant User shall not damage or misuse of intellectual property rights belonging to Us or any third party. All trademarks, trade names, logos, slogans, symbols etc being displayed on page are the exclusive property of Swiggy and cannot be copied or used by any third party for any purpose whatsoever and any unauthorized usage would amount to an “unlawful act” under the applicable law.
24. There is no cash alternative to the prize / benefits hereunder. Further, such benefits do not give any additional guarantee or warranty and are non- transferable.
25. Swiggy shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability arising due to participation by any person in the Campaign.
26. You hereby agree to indemnify and keep Swiggy harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney’s fee) that may be suffered by Swiggy as a consequence of (i) violation of terms of these T&Cs by You; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting due to wilful misconduct or negligence on Your part.
27. These T&Cs shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. Courts at Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise under these T&Cs.
